The surest privacy is never being seen at all. Members are invisible to one another until they choose otherwise, no roster, guest list, or attendee export exists to be shared, scraped, or sold, and where a third party misuses a member's information, Aurum Nexus pursues the remedy, so the member never becomes the complainant in their own matter. Privacy here is operated, not published.
Visibility controls
A standing profile and per-event visibility, each opt-in and each revocable. Neither produces a roster, an export, or anything a member could scrape.
The vault
Attestation materials held in separate storage with every access logged and reviewable.
Enforcement on the member's behalf
Where a third party misuses a member's information we pursue it ourselves: deletion certification, audit confirmation, and contractual remedies. The member does not have to become the complainant in their own matter.
The annual statement
Once a year, every member receives a statement of what we hold, who has accessed it, and what was disclosed and when.
Verification lifecycle
Renewal carried on the member's behalf: reminders, attestor follow-up, and status continuity through the window.
Relationship management
A named contact who knows the member, their mandate, and their constraints, with that knowledge held in the system rather than only in one person's head.
Event support
A named lead reachable throughout, and discreet handling of any access issue.
