What We Do

Verification
Every member is admitted on the attestation of their own attorney, banker, custodian, accountant, or registered investment adviser, and verified through InvestorPass, the standard Aurum Nexus is licensed to operate. We never ask for statements, asset schedules, or a figure.
Gatherings
Small rooms, convened around a purpose rather than a programme, where the people present have all cleared the same door. PROVENANCE, in Miami, Florida, from November 11 to 14, 2026, is the inaugural retreat.
Deal Rooms
A governed session inside a gathering where an admitted sponsor presents to members who chose to be in the room. Members may revisit those materials afterwards, and nothing in that record can be transacted.
