Presenting to the Community

A room worth presenting to.

Aurum Nexus convenes verified allocators, and a limited number of sponsors present within our events each year.

The Business Development Concierge

The Business Development Concierge

A room full of the right people is still a room; the work is knowing which conversation in it matters. Aurum Nexus operates as business development concierge to the sponsors and allocators it serves, and the service is selection: the firm knows what every party in its community is seeking, judges where a sponsor's opportunity genuinely fits a stated mandate, and brings the two together prepared, in a room, at a table, or on a convened call. Where the fit is real and the allocator consents, the sponsor's materials are delivered to that allocator directly. Nothing is broadcast. Nothing is circulated to a list. The selection is the service.

Every introduction runs on consent from both sides, no contact information ever changes hands through the firm, and every fee is fixed before the first conversation and blind to every outcome after it. The firm judges the match, never the investment. The right introduction is worth a year of audiences. Arranging it well is the business.

Vetting Before Commerce

Vetting Before Commerce

Every sponsor clears an admission screen before commercial terms are discussed: identity, entity standing, regulatory status, and disqualifier screening, each resolved against primary records. Admission is never for sale, and a fee is never the reason a sponsor is in the room.

What We Tell Members

What We Tell Members

We tell members exactly what our screen covers and what it does not. We do not verify track records or endorse opportunities, and we say so plainly. Sponsors who value a candid room tend to understand that this is precisely what makes the room worth presenting to.

Fixed Terms

Fixed Terms

Sponsor fees are fixed and outcome-blind. No Aurum Nexus fee varies with capital raised. Where a sponsor and an allocator are well matched, Aurum Nexus makes the introduction and shares the sponsor's materials with that allocator, with consent on both sides, on the same fixed terms.

Privacy Obligations

Privacy Obligations

Sponsors accept the privacy and contact-use addendum before participation is confirmed: no rosters, no pre-introduction identity disclosure, and follow-up only where an allocator chooses it.
