What Aurum Nexus Is Not

Not a broker-dealer and not an investment adviser. We do not solicit investors for any issuer, recommend or endorse any opportunity, negotiate or structure any transaction, distribute offering documents on any sponsor's behalf, or handle investor funds or securities. Verification is not proof of funds, accreditation verification, or a solvency opinion, and no admission decision is a view on the merits of anything presented.

Sponsors bear their own securities compliance in full, in writing, as a condition of admission.

Privacy Commitments

No rosters or guest lists exist to be shared, exported, or sold. We never transmit a member's contact information to a sponsor or a partner network. Members are invisible to one another by default and become visible only by their own election. Members may request, at any time, a statement of what we hold, who has accessed it, and what has been disclosed, and Members receive that statement annually without asking.

Standing Review

The community's operating standards were adopted August 6, 2026, are checked against the authorities that govern them, and are maintained under standing periodic review.
