The Deal Room
The most valuable rooms are never for sale. Deal rooms run inside events, and access travels with attendance: a verified allocator in the room is in the deal room, at any standing, and no fee purchases entry. Every presenting sponsor is screened against primary records; track records are not verified, and Aurum Nexus says so plainly, because a room that pretends otherwise is worth less than one that does not.
The live session
An admitted sponsor presents to a self-selected group of members under the event access rules. It begins and ends with the event.
The materials repository
Members who attended a session may revisit that sponsor's materials afterwards. Gated to the people who were in the room, sponsor-authored and labelled as such, time-limited, and carrying no transaction functionality of any kind.
Sponsor admission
Identity of the sponsor and its principals, entity standing, regulatory status, adverse media, and disqualifier screening, each resolved against primary records rather than against the sponsor's own account of itself.
What the screen does not cover
Track record, performance claims, valuations, projections, or the commercial merits of anything presented. That boundary is stated to members in the room, every time, because a member who believes the firm verified a track record has been misled by omission even though no one said it.
