The Room
Why We Verify
You have been in the other kind of room. The one where the badge says allocator and the conversation says otherwise, where half the people present are raising and the other half are being worked, and where the only way to find out which is which is to spend three days finding out.
Every person at PROVENANCE is verified before an invitation is extended. Verification rests on an attestation from a professional who already acts for you, your own attorney, banker, accountant or registered adviser, confirming two facts and nothing more. We ask you for no account statements, no asset schedules, no tax returns and no figure of any kind.
The verification is free, it is portable, and it is yours to carry to other rooms afterwards. What it buys here is the only thing worth having: the confidence that the person across from you cleared the same bar you did.
Thirty is a ceiling, not a target. The room is small because a room of three hundred is a conference, and a conference is where you go to be sold to.
Everyone present holds the Verified Allocator credential, which means a professional who answers to a licensing body put their name to it. Nobody in the room bought their way in, and no sponsor is given a stage from which to pitch you. The people you meet are the reason to come, and the programme exists to put you next to the right ones.
The Programme
The Six Pillars of the Trophy Asset

I
Trophy Real Estate
Luxury and iconic property as a portfolio asset, from private estates to the institutionalization of the trophy home.
II
Sports Franchises
The scoreboard as an asset class, from marquee leagues to the mid-market alpha most billionaires never see.

III
Fine Art and Collectibles
Provenance as value: blue-chip art, rare objects, and the vehicles that make them investable.
IV
Marquee Secondaries
Pre-IPO access to the companies defining the frontier, positions available only through relationship.

V
Iconic Brands
Private equity in the preservation and revival of heritage institutions, the discipline of keeping the iconic iconic.
VI
Movies and Music
Entertainment as an owned asset: film and television libraries, music catalogs and royalty streams, and the intellectual property whose earnings outlive the moment that created it.

The Week
A Four-Day Arc
Day 1 · Wednesday, Nov 11
The Frame
Arrival by private transfer, and then the cohort together aboard a private yacht for a cocktail hour and the orientation that opens the week.
Day 2 · Thursday, Nov 12
The Thesis
Salon day at a private residence: intimate, no-slides conversations across the pillars, the Provenance Salon, and The Vault, a private viewing of the pieces on offer. Dinner at a Miami restaurant, and then The Cigar Room, an invitation-within-the-invitation for a select few, no cameras.
Day 3 · Friday, Nov 13
The Exhale
The Wellness Day at The Standard Spa on Belle Isle: regenerative therapies, nutrition and hormone optimization, and guided practice among its hydrotherapy pools and gardens. An evening nightcap at the residence.
Day 4 · Saturday, Nov 14
The Conversion
The private capital deal room in the morning, the designed destination of the week. In the evening, the closing dinner at a Miami restaurant. Departures the following morning.
After four days of relationship building, the cohort gathers for a private capital deal room. Anchor partners host appointment-based tables across the six pillars, and you choose which tables to sit at. Capital formation and deal structuring are handled through the retreat's institutional backbone, so a serious conversation can move to its proper next step, under proper structure and applicable law, without leaving the room.
Nothing is sold to you from a stage, and no partner is given your details because they paid for a package. What a partner buys is the right to host a table. Whether you sit at it is yours.
The Sequence
What Registering Does
Four steps, in this order, and the order does not bend. We would rather tell you plainly than have you discover it.
- I
You register
The form below. It takes a minute and it places you on the waitlist for the November room. No seat is held at this point and none is implied.
- II
You are asked to verify
If the room suits you, we send you into verification. You nominate a professional who already acts for you, and they confirm two facts directly to the verifying platform. Nothing passes through your hands.
- III
A person decides
A named human at Aurum Nexus reviews the completed verification and decides. No software approves anybody. You are told the outcome either way.
- IV
The seat exists
Only now. An invitation to the retreat follows the decision, and your credential remains yours whether or not this particular room is the right one.
The Boundary
What We Never Ask
- ×Account statements, custody statements, or asset schedules.
- ×Tax returns or personal financial statements.
- ×Trust instruments, ownership charts, or beneficiary information.
- ×An exact figure of any kind, from you or from anybody.
- ×A fee. The verification and the credential cost you nothing.
Your attestation is held in a restricted file, is used for eligibility review and nothing else, and is available for no third party to rely on. Your name is never published, never sold, and never disclosed to a sponsor or to anybody else.
Registration
Ask For A Place
Seven fields, four of them required. This places you on the waitlist for the November room. It holds no seat, and we will tell you the outcome either way.
PROVENANCE is convened by Aurum Nexus Global LLC. Attendance is by invitation following verification, and verification confirms eligibility rather than conferring entry. Aurum Nexus is not a broker dealer and not an investment adviser, recommends no opportunity, and opines on the merits of nothing presented. Admission of any presenting organisation is a judgement about who may enter a room and is never a view on what they present. You perform your own diligence on every opportunity, every counterparty and every sponsor.
